切迫早産の悩み事①

切迫早産の診断を受けて「安静にしてください」言われても・・・
「2歳の子供をどうしよう」
「安静って言っても、パパも忙しいし母親も来てくれる状況じゃない・・」 等のお悩みがありませんか？

■解決方法
１，2歳のお子さんを保育園などに預ける 一時保育などを行っている保育園などがあります。最寄りの自治体に相談してみてください
２，産後ヘルパーを頼む 産後ヘルパーは、産前でも利用できます。民間はもちろん。住まいの自治体によっていは「産後ヘルパー」の派遣を行える所もあるので自治体に相談してみてはいかがでしょうか？
３，家事代行やベビーシッターを頼む 多少費用は掛かりますが、スタッフが自宅に訪問して色々とお世話にをして頂けますので より快適にまた安静な状況を作り上げる事が可能です。また、秘密厳守になる点も嬉しい点です

 "I was told to rest, but...
”What should I do with my two-year-old child?"
 "Even if I tell her to rest, my father is busy and my mother can't come to the hospital.
 
So how about the following three solutions?

Solution
1) Take your 2 year old to a nursery school, etc. There are nursery schools that offer temporary care. Please consult with your local government.
2) Ask for a postpartum helper Postpartum helpers are available even before childbirth. Private helpers are of course available. Some local governments can dispatch postpartum helpers, so why don't you ask your local government?
3) Ask for a housekeeper or babysitter. It may cost a little more, but the staff can visit your home and take care of various things to make you more comfortable and restful. It is also nice to know that the information will be kept strictly confidential!
